Hardware
We ensure competitive pricing by buying direct from Teltonika and storing at our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. We also hold a number of spares at several levels, including by our field electrical technicians.

Installation
First priority is a safe installation, Swanskin only work with trained staff or qualified sub-contractors whom abide by the quality policies and processes set out by Swanskin. You also want the installation to look right, neat and tidy and in a well thought out position between the original power supply and the vehicle you want to charge. You also want it integrated properly so all functions do what they are meant to and allowing you to use the charger from day of install... we have all this covered.

Maintenance
Reliability rests upon a piece of hardware that is designed, built and tested for quality from the start, way before manufacturing. TeltoCharge has taken a slower road to the market with the view of reliability bringing future sales.
With any excellent piece of hardware, it needs what we call preventative maintenance, just like your car or clothes washing machine, a yearly check up keeps it running smoothly.
Swanskin offer this as a yearly fixed sum.
We also offer predictive maintenance by the means of monitoring the system over the air on our platform and sending out an electrical technician to repair or upgrade when an alert is received.
